Dobson Industrial Inc.
Composed of Rigging, Fabrication, and Steel Erection divisions, each operating autonomously, Dobson Industrial Inc. began moving equipment more than 50 years ago. One part of the company, Van Haaren Specialized Carriers, goes back even further, being one of the oldest regulated trucking firms in the country. Dobson Heavy Haul's rigging division specializes in dismantling, moving and setting up industrial and commercial equipment, from small metal working machines to complete plant relocations. The company also offers the additional services of warehousing equipment and the ability to take delivery of equipment from an on-site rail spur. With its in-house staff of design engineers, Dobson's fabrications division can supply customers' specialized needs for industrial and commercial metal and structural fabrications. The company's steel erection, industrial maintenance and millwright services division has, in the course of 50 years, constructed everything from conveyors to foundry additions to schools. Dobson's expertise runs the gamut from completing very difficult jobs from the ground up or doing complex repair work.
